Hi Manik,
As stated earlier, there is no sure shot way to Ivy league as your application has various parameters attached to it. Some suggestions that are to be kept in mind are:
1. Be very clear of the objective of why you wish to attend a particular course in the university applying to.
2. Full scores in SAT and TOEFL/IELTs definitely improve your chances of being accepted.
3. Any innovation/Research/design that contributes to the society or ppl at large is always appreciated by Ivy leagues.
4. Apart from academics, your co curricular profile also needs to be strong enough and should display your leadership skills etc.
