How can I join Air Force or Navy? I am unable to clear NDA exam. Is there any other way to join them?

I passed my 12th with 65-70% marks with PCM stream and currently I am pursuing 3rd year of mechanical engineering?

Join as an officer in Indian Air Force. It is required that you have to play year the NDA exam but for the living there is 2 exams. One is the NDA exam and another one is the B tech 10+2 TES Entry. You are aware about NDA let me tell you about 10 + 2 TES entry. The eligibility criteria for a candidate is that your aggregate score in PCM in 12th should be 70% or above. And you should have appeared the JEE Mains exam. After graduation there is lots of chances. Like UES Entry, CDS, AFCAT, SSC TGC etc. You can opt for be after completing graduation.

As an officer in Indian Air Force, you have to complete your graduation first, but for Navy, there are technical entries which are totally based on class 12th percentage and PCM is mandatory in it.

You can join as an officer in Indian Air Force and Indian Navy after +2 stage with PCM through NDA examination conducted by UPSC twice a year. You can repeat examination even if you have failed once. You can join executive branch of Indian Navy directly after +2 stage PCM based on marks score in +2 stage. In case you do not qualify after +2 stage you can try joining Indian Air Force and Indian Navy after graduation degrees in Science or engineering. With Mechanical Engineering degree you are eligible to join IAF & IN. Please refer to links http://careerairforce.nic.in/ ; http://nausena-bharti.nic.in/officer1.php for details. All the be

The 4 new NDA recommendations of Doon Defence Dreamers were reported from multiple SSB and AFSB boards, reflecting performance across different centres rather than a single location. The recommendations came from Army SSB boards such as Allahabad and Bhopal, along with Air Force Selection Boards (AFSB) including Dehradun and Mysuru. This spread across boards highlights that the selections were achieved under varied testing environments, covering both SSB and AFSB formats, and not limited to one specific board or batch.

When I started looking for online NDA coaching programs, my main goal was to find something that went beyond just recorded lectures. I compared multiple online platforms and also visited several coaching institutes in Dehradun to understand how their online and hybrid programs actually support students. While exploring offline institutes in Dehradun, I noticed that some of them had structured online programs linked to their classroom teaching. Among the institutes I visited, Doon Defence Dreamers stood out because their approach matched what I was looking for. They focused on concept clarity, regular testing, and continuous mentor
