Yes, you can go for physiotherapy after 77% in your 12th class. Elligibility criteria for pursuing physiotherapy in most of the top universities is that you must be pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English, physics, chemistry and biology as a subject). You can opt for Bachelor of physiotherapy (BPT). It is of 4.5 years. It is always advisable if you do your degree from a well known university and that provides prime placement opportunity, outstanding industrial exposure and professional enhancement training. There are many institutes! D.U also have physiotherapy course + you can also appear in Private Colleges entrance exam . Amity is also good for physioth. you can secure seat easily there!

Yeah definitely you can go for Physiotherapy. Admission to B.Sc Physiotherapy courses is mainly based on your 12th performance. So you have a very good chance.

Anju, for joining Bachelor's in Physiotherapy you need to fulfill the eligibility criteria of the institution you are planning to apply to.
Some of the institutions offer you admission on tests conducted by them and some on your marks in 12th. Some of these also offer good scholarships based on any one of the above mentioned admission criteria.
