You just have to visit their website for latest updates and they will open the option for international student admissions you can directly apply over there or you can call and contact the office personals during office hours .

You can join direct in 2nd year through lateral entry. If your academic record is good only then you can get admission in MIT Pune . The admission process is conducted in June/July. But seats are limited so you will need an excellent academic record.
