You can join Indian Army after graduation degree by appearing for CDS examination conducted by UPSC. But as a female candidate you will not be considered for IMA Dehradun but for OTA Chennai only for training to become a Commissioned Officer. Girls are not eligible to join Army in below officer ranks.

Sadly, there is no entry for girls after class 12th. For joining Indian army, you have many ways. After graduation, you can apply for CDSE, NCC, UES, TGC, ACC, SCO, PCSl. In all above case, you have to clear SSB interview to get selected. Also, eligibility for all entries is different. Check it with official website.
