To become a civil servant, you should crack UPSC exam.
For that you should be a degree holder.
If you want to become a civil servant then start preparing from now itself as the examination is very competitive. Only around 1200 to 1500 people get selected every year.

Yes you can complete graduation in any field. Also you can take up Arts related subject as an option in mains exam
