LPU has more than 200 courses and every course has certain eligibility criteria to be fulfilled by a candidate get admission. For admission in B Tech. Yes definitely you can opt for higher education post your diploma course subject to your domain. Lateral entry means the admission will be directly in the 2 year of the course program you have chosen. You do not have to take admission in 1 year you will be directed to 2 year of any undergraduate program. Basically, for admission in lateral entry, some criteria must be fulfilled by the candidate. For admissions, 2020, the admissions are being done online and the eligibility criteria to seek admission in B.Tech (lateral entry) is Pass with 60% in Diploma (Engg.) (any stream) (3yrs. after 10th or 2 yrs after 10+2(Non-Medical)) or B.Sc (Non-medical)/ B.Sc(Computer Science) or equivalent.
