How can I join merchant navy after B.Tech CS on the deck side?
I want to join merchant navy after completion of my B.Tech computer science course as a 3rd officer and not as a 4th engineer. I want to rise and become a captain and not a chief engineer.

If you want to join merchant navy, you have to complete a one year course.
