You are advised to do M.Sc and Ph.D in physics or astrophysics to increase your chances of getting job in ISRO or NASA. You can also seek lateral entry admission in B.Tech in aeronautical engineering second year in colleges such as Manipal University.

Both of these are top space agencies of the world. Simply graduating in aerospace/aeronautics etc. May not be enough, you might have to study further and go into research in a big way, M.Tech and Ph.D. would lead you to these organisations depending upon your research area. Pursuing these programs from ordinary colleges will not be enough, you will have to do these from top universities/colleges of high repute like LPU. DVD.

After doing physics and mathematics, you can apply for scientific assistant, technical assistant and Administrative Assistant based on the notification released from ISRO through. If you studied further you can apply for JRF/Scientist posts also as per notification. ISRO is having specialized recruitment board ISRO Centralised Recruitment Board (ICRB) through that you can get into ISRO. Please check ISRO website careers. I don't have much idea about NASA.
