How can I join NDA? What is the best way for the same?

To join NDA, you have to write the entrance test while pursuing class 12th or an equivalent course. After that, you have to appear for counseling with a good physical fitness which is the most needed one. All the best.

The NDA Selection Process 2019 is primarily divided into two stages, the first is a written examination and the second is SSB Interview. The candidates shortlisted on the basis of their performance in the written test are required to participate in the Selection Process of NDA 2019.

For NDA you have to give NDA exam that is conducted twice every year and if you clear that written exam after that you have to appear for SSB (it’s an interview process) and also have to clear that and then after that you have to clear physical and medical test. If you clear all these stages you can join NDA.

For joining NDA which is among the one of the white collar jobs of the nation, firstly you should be in 12th appearing or have been passed out and secondly your age should lie in b/w 16.5 to 19.5 years when you are applying. Then NDA exam will be held in which the students from the whole nation which want to get into the defence forces will apply and nearly 7000 of them are shortlisted on the basis of merit of both the exams. Then the shortlisted candidates get call letter for SSB interview at their respected selection bases. The SSB goes on for 5 days if you have cleared the picture perception and discussion test on the first day of the SSB. There are nearly 90-100 students appear in every group and 55-60 are shortlisted on the first day of pp- dt test.These shortlisted candidates have to stay for tests on 5 days. I challenge that these 5 days you can't even forget your whole life even if you didn't get into the defence forces. These 5 days are the most beautiful and memorable 5 days of your life and the best selection base like SSB Dehradun add 5 stars to these days as the staff and officers are very kind and a lot of places to SEE like Buddha Temple, etc. On the 6th day of your SSB you are called out in conference and after results are declared and this day is full of heart pounding to your mouth as you can't wait for the result. In results nearly 7- 8 candidates from those 55-60 are chosen and are given dates to report for medical examination at the base hospitals of the army. If you are able to make out medicals also then a merit is issued based on your written and SSB marks which tells which of the three references you have chosen you will get into. The selected candidates get the call letter for training at NDA Khadakwasla - the training base. This is the whole about NDA I have known. Hope this will surely help you. I would suggest that you should not confine yourself to the NDA. Try to be in the armed forces (officer line) through any entry. I mean that not just through NDA exam but you should try from TES entry also if you are eligible. And the best way to be in the armed forces after 12th is by cracking NDA exam or through TES entry. The toughest part which I think is the SSB. SSB is at second stage in NDA entry. First you've to clear the NDA written exam.

Hi, NDA is a two stage selection process, 1 is written exam then SSB interview is a 5-day process. NDA exam is conducted by UPSC and exam is conducted twice in a year. Exam pattern Paper 1 Maths Paper 2 English And both exams are conducted the same day. NDA is the best way for defence entry, After clearing written exam, you can get shortlisted for SSB interview and after 5-day process, you can go for training.

To join National Defence Academy, a candidate must appear in the entrance exam conducted by Union Public Service Commission, twice a year, normally in month of March and August. Candidate must be a unmarried male. To join NDA one must pass written followed by SSB, medicals and finally to be in merit list.
