Dude you can google and literally, you can find hundreds of NGO programs available, you can just click one and can join, you don't need any degree or any sort of requirement, but in certain NGOs you need to be 18+.

Hi Mansi, You have to pursue a degree related to sociology then only you can join an NGO, but after graduation only.
