How can I join NITs or IIITs?

My JEE ranking is 83600 and my 12th marks in Karnataka board are 501. Can I join any of the good collages?

Your rank is far beyond to get any NITs, however, Mahindra Ecole Institute is not recommended for taking admission, take admission in those Institutes which are more established and provide you with that kind of exposure so that you can excel.
