    Hotel management programs are highly in demand these days due to massive expansion in the hotel and tourism industry i last 10 years. At LPU there are various programs available in this field. These are:
    1) B.Sc. (Hotel Management)
    2) Bachelor of Hotel Mgt. and Catering Technology
    3) B.Sc. (Airlines, Tourism and Hospitality)
    4) Diploma in Airline Cabin Crew and Hospitality
    5) BBA (Airlines and Airport management)
    6) BBA (Tourism and Hospitality)
    You can choose anyone of these as per your interest, aptitude and eligibility.

    Hi,
    Due to the current situation i.e. COVID-19, the eligibility criteria is a bit relaxed and the admissions are being done online.
    Yes, you can join now just you have to meet the eligibility criteria. LPU also offers scholarships in various categories. The last date of admission to avail maximum scholarship is 31st May 2020.

    Yes, you will have to appear in the LPUNEST exam and need to qualify to get admission along with the required eligibility criteria.

  • Aditya, the eligibility for B.Sc (Hotel Management) is
    pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English) or equivalent, subject to valid score in LPUNEST- 2017.
    In case marks scored in 10+2 are 60% or above, then LPUNEST-2017 will be exempted and the candidate may apply for admission.

    National council of Hotel Management and Catering Technology conducts joint hotel management entrance exam every year in April for the 800 seats in different Government institutes in 30 selected cities of India. There are several other reputed private organization and hotel management colleges who also conduct their own hotel management career entrance exam for seats in their institutes.

    Eligibility:

    10+2: You must have passed your 10+2 (or equivalent) examination with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.
