How can I join this college for integrated MBA? I am a commerce student & passed my higher education last year.

The five year integrated management course is for students who join right after 12th. You can join the two year PGP course, for which you will have to first take CAT.

I'm sorry, I think I misunderstood. If you just finished school, you can join the integrated management course by taking the IPM aptitude test.
