    Hi Sheshank,
    There is no MS degree or a terminal Masters degree, you must apply for the Ph.D in the respective field if you are selected you will start the MS programme before finally gaining the Ph.D. As an international student, you must take the TOEFL, I don't think there is a requirement for a GRE. If you are admitted you will be eligible for financial aid, monthly stipend, fellowships etc. You should check this link below for more details, email them as well
