how can i know what specialization to persue while doing mba

Dear vaisakh There are many factors which affect the choice of your specialization in MBA. Few of them are given below:- What have you done in your graduation? What type of skills you have? ( Mathematical skill, analytical skills, people skills, selling sense etc.) What is you interest? What you want to be in your life ? What are you passionate about? ( IB, Event management, retail management, airport management, facility management, Marketing, HR, Finance, etc) Before choosing any stream in MBA these question are important to answer.This is actually the easiest way to know which stream to go for. Since you are interested in doing MBA , let me tell you in first year you will get to learn all the basic management concepts, once you get a clear idea about all those concepts you will be able to understand in which field you have interest and in which field you can prosper and accordingly you can select your specialization. So before choosing the specialization paper you need to find out in which area you have interest.
