How can i learn Computer Science Subjects online ?
I scored 65% in SSC & 45% in HSC. Due to my physical disability now i am permanently on chair. How can i learn online for Computer Science?

The indian govt. has inclusively started a very useful and nonprofit webste for engineering students. it's http://nptel.iitm.ac.in . you can check in. i'm sure it'll be understandeable to every one

Convey through an application to the District Collector your present predicament and wait for an informative answer.Or,make a visit to him on the grievances day and give an application explaining your problem.
