How can I learn database administration and programming? Which course should I pursue?
I have done B.Com (computers). I have also done C, C++, Javascript, ASP.NET, MYSQL, Oracle, NetBeans Java and HTML.

You can learn database administration and programming on websites as well as via video lectures. You should pursue B.Tech in computer science. In CSE, you will learn all about programming and database, data structures, etc.
