PHP is very easy to learn. It is a server side language used in making backends for the website. you can start with http://www.tutorialspoint.com/php/
and follow examples. also you need to learn SQL, . plus basics of html, css, javascript. tutorials of all can be found at the above mentioned site. o

download wamp server from google and install it. it included all apache, php, mysql. it will create directory inside c drive name www. all your code goes inside that folder.
