How can I learn spoken English? Are there any full-time available classes for the same?

There are institutes like WABS TALK, inlingua and British council that offer English speaking courses. Other than that, please buy a book called Rapidex, read and work on it religiously for three months. Try watching some English TV series with subtitles like 'Friends'. If you know a friend who know
