How can I lower the fee structure? Can I get a free hostel?
I belong to a low category and open caste. I applied for EBC but I want to lower its fees as my parents can't afford it.

You can ask for a concession, depending on the demand. If there is no competition, you can ask for a cut in fee.

You yourself can't lower the fees as each caste category falls under certain pre-defined criteria and getting hostel for free will also be a challenge.
