Dear Shivam, It's a great choice to select career in Banking & Finance. Many institute offer Bachelors program with Banking & Insurance as specialisation. LIke B.com (BI) or any bachelors degree will be good enough. Then prepare for the Bank (PO, Clerk) exam and get into the banking industry. Many private banks have tied up with institute offering courses in banking & finance (like IIBF, IFBI, Manipal Academy, Times Academy, NIIT, APTECH etc.,).
