How can I make career in Banking sector?

For Banking career, wither you can do post graduation in finance and accounting like MFA. or take bank recruitment exams and get into any ban and go for CAIIB

Dear manisha you want work in banking sector than first you need complecting bachlor degree. you from comerce background than go for BBA and start prepartion for bank exam. in india you can became BANK PO or cleark by IBPS. The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conducts online exams for Probationary Officer (PO), Management Trainee, Specialist Officer, RRB Officer and Clerk posts for the recruitment in various Participating banks. These vacancies announcement is done time to time depending on the available vacancies in Participating banks. In place of individual exam by bank, a common exam is conducted, so why this system of examination is called Common Written Examination (CWE). but for this you need graduation in any stream .SO FOCUS ON IBPS.
