I strongly believe in continuing with the flow of education and completing MBA before stepping into the world of responsibilities. You've got to consider the fact that the momentum and enthusiasm with which you will study now and look upto your assignments, is not going to be the same after 3-4 years. So, the best of the resources should be exploited at a time when you are making yourself ready for the real world. So, continue with your education before gaining work experience !

You should for some time along with MBA to get practical knowledge or you can go for MBA alone. both are good option but depends upon you.
