How can I make career in management field?
I have done masters in networking. I also have work experience in sales. Currently working as HNP which I am not interested.

Along with the current job do part time MBA , it will give boost to your career.

You can enroll for MBA Course. You need to have a bachelor's degree (3-year course) or equivalent with minimum 50% & above marks in any discipline recognised by any Indian University / AICTE as eligible for post-graduate studies.
Your MBA specialization basically depends on your personality, skills
