Hi Tanishka,
Universities normally ask for a WES evaluation for this purpose. Prior to applying for the evaluation you must check with the university directly, check on their websites, email them, call them, etc. and enquire if they consider evaluation or strictly adheres to their rule of not accepting 3-year degree. Certain universities will hesitate. All the best.
