How can I make my career in the banking field? I want to become a credit analyst.

I live in Chennai. I am a BCA graduate. I have 3 years of work experience in US healthcare process.

    Dear Dharan,
    Since you are from BCA background, it is easy (and difficult also for career shift). Let me explain; (1) To be the credit risk analyst in a big corporate bank you need to equipped with certain essential skills in Maths, Statistics, Programming and Finance. (2) Making a career would be easy because you have already studied the programming (Python, R is necessary for analyst the big data). So, I am assuming you already have knowledge of maths, stats and programming.     It will require several years of performing well and to become a senior credit analyst and head of the team. From there on you could progress to the VP level, the Director level and even the CFO or MD levels depending on your performance and achievements. Required Qualifications:
    As per the 2015 BLS reports in USA 27% of the crores Analysts had a degree and employers preferred majors in economics, finance, business administration and accounting for the crores Analyst posts. Other skills and qualifications:
