Hello,
You have to clear IBPS exam which is conduct by government for government banks. and you can search job in private bank also, they also do online exam and interviews for job. In my point of view, you can join any banking diploma which is help you in both bank. -
It looks like that you new in banking sector. For getting jobs in banks, common recruitment exams are conducted.
IBPS conducts the common written exams for nationalized banks, for the post of PO, Clerk & SO.
Rather than this, many banks conduct their own exam like Bank of Baroda . SBI conducts its own exam as well.
So you have to give & qualify it.
