It looks like that you new in banking sector. For getting jobs in banks, common recruitment exams are conducted.
IBPS conducts the common written exams for nationalized banks, for the post of PO, Clerk & SO.
Rather than this, many banks conduct their own exam like Bank of Baroda . SBI conducts its o
