How can I make my career in the banking or finance field? Which course should I pursue?
I have done B.Tech and working in Axis Bank as an officer in Clearing (CTS).

You are advised to MBA Finance to enhance your employability and career growth in BFSI sector. If you cannot do fulltime MBA because of personal constraints then you may opt for MBA by distance learning. You can alternatively do CFA also.

You can do following certifications:
(a) Vskills certification in KYC (Know Your Customer) and Anti Money Laundering Operation.
(b) CIBA certification on Investment Banking.
