Both are different areas. Event Management is more closer to Hospitality Administration / Management. So, event management companies prefer hotel Management graduates for key positions. MBA courses in Media & Entertainment Management are available in Manipal University. The Same program is also available in Shanthi Business School / SBS Ahammadabad, School of Film and Media, Ajeenkya DY Patil University , LPU etc.
