Hi, You have to pursue B.Sc. physics or courses with physics as major subject for the same. Select electives and specialisation related to astronomy/astrophysics/cosmology and then you can do M.Sc. and PhD or integrated M.Sc. + PhD. You can do B.Sc. from anywhere but for M.Sc. and PhD you need to
