You can make yourself fit by following these tips:
1) Exercise: - Pick something that you like and practice daily.
2) Eat right: - Go for healthy food. Keep alcohol, wheat flour and soda/sugar away.
3) Rest and relax: - Sleep, 7 to 9 hours daily and keep your mind relaxed.
