How can I make sketching my profession? Please provide list of colleges offering part time courses in drawing/painting. I'm a B.E.(IT).

Completed BE(IT)in 2012: 65.2%, CAT12: 58%ile, XAT13: 68%ile, no experience. But, now sketching seems more appealing to me. I want to earn as well as make a career in sketching. So, please suggest part time degree/diploma courses in visual arts/fine arts. Any other suggestions are also welcome.
