How can I manage negative marking in JEE Mains exam?

    Hello Yash,
    It's normal practice in any MCQ type of paper to have negative marking. This is to prevent students from randomly marking answers even if they are not knowing ABC of it. It has been observed that many students have a tendency to mark answers whenever no negative marking is prescribed with the hope of getting few marks simply by stroke of luck. Here in JEE Mains, authorities have therefore decided to have negative marking @1 mark per wrong answer which is quite liberal and not stiff.
