Hi, First of all, complete all NCERT books of PCM this will help you for CBSE as well as JEE and also follow another two books in a week that helps you to score good in CBSE and prepare for JEE in rest time and also practice for writing the answer that will help you in CBSE exam best wishes with yo

Don't waste your time on other things. Try to concentrate on studies only. Tou can take breaks for max 20-30 minutes. First focus on NCERT. Both CBSE and JEE have the same syllabus. Good luck!
