How can I my son apply for a college in Mumbai to pursue B.Tech?

He has scored 74% in HSC. His individual scores are maths-88, physics-72, chemistry 54, biology 67 and IT-77.

Firstly, you should have 49% marks in your PCM and then you become eligible for engineering and later you have to take the form for CAP rounds.
