Yes Sikkim Manipal University has a center in Kathmandu, Nepal.
LBEF is an associate study center of MCRPSV, to offer various courses and programs in Computer Science.
College for Professional Studies (CPS), established in 2000, is an associate of LBEF.
CPS is learning centre of Sikkim Man
