How can I participate in the 2nd-round of councilling of WBJEE if I haven't got a good college in the 1st-round? My WBJEE rank is 39081.

Hi Sunny, You should go through opening and closing rank of WBJEE colleges so that you will be able to know the appropriate colleges. And if you don't get a good college in 1st round, then there is a option of float by which you can get a better college according to your college counselling list. I

But counseling procedure claims that you have to pay 20000. Then, you are eligible for 2nd and 4th round? And there is not any float option.
