How can I persue a career in advertising after completing my bcom? Also what are the other courses post bcom if I don't wanna do ca,CS,Icwa?

I am in my second year bcom right now and am totally confused about what career to persue. I think I'm interested in advertising and pr and hence wanna know how should I go about after my graduation
