How Can I postponed our M.PT final year exam of West Bengal University Of Health Science?

We are a Student of M.Pt final year of BIMLS under WBUHS. University sent a final year routine to all college before 15 days of exam without any official notification or announcement. We are not ready to attend this routine which sent by university. So how can we postponed this exam?
