It depends on your time availability. If you have enough time you should join institute like TIME.

Hi, CAT is an exam where both smart work and hard work is important. Go through the syllabus first, understand the pattern and collect the old question papers. Then make a plan how will you deliver your time. If you want some guide than you can join coaching, even online classes are also available.
