Hi Santosh,
CAT exam needs a lot of preparation and practice. My first advice would be to join a good coaching institute for this purpose. Slowly you will have to start planning and doing your self preparation.
The coaching classes are but essential for giving the roadmap. -

In CAT exam, your command on English & aptitude & on reasoning should be good.Your vocabulary also matters. So, do work hard & you can take coaching from good institute which helps you.
