    Basically, there are 3 sections in CAT exam - verbal ability, DILR, Quants.
    Verbal ability-
    Start reading newspaper daily to increase your reading speed and grasping power. Don't miss out the editorial page. Do proper analysis of articles on editorial page. Try to make summary of articles that you read para by para. However, reading newspaper won't be sufficient. Start solving RCs on a regular basis with proper analysis.
    DILR-
    This is one of the toughest section especially from previous 2-3 years. Not only it is tough but it also checks how quick your senses are and how good you are in selecting the sets. Therefore, the best thing to sco

    Hi Juned,
    Quant: I had bought TIME material, so I just stuck onto those. Those books are very good and give enough practice for any serious aspirant. The TIME material consists of 3 types of exercises: Conceptual Review, Exercise-(a), and Exercise-(b). So, I solved each and every problem from the TIME books and I feel this is very important because this is when one becomes familiar with all the different types of Quant problems that are likely to come in the actual CAT.
    DI/LR: Again, to prepare for this section, it takes a lot of practice. So just practice all the problems that are there in the TIME material. When I started solving DI/LR

Yes, UPES Dehradun does accept CAT scores for MBA admissions. Students with a valid CAT score of 50 percentile or above are eligible to apply for the course. Eligible students have to appear for the Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds for final selection.
