    For the IAS exam, you have to complete graduation from any university. Graduation degree is required for appearing in the IAS exam, so I would suggest you to first opt for UG and then you can take the exam.

    No, you cannot prepare. You have to complete B.Sc or B.Tech or other Bachelor degree and minimum age to appear is 21.
