Yes, the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, accepts JAM for admission to Masters programme in Science. Candidates with a valid score in IIT JAM have to apply for admission through IISc Bangalore website. 

There are around 3000 seats in postgraduate programs at 22 IITs through IIT JAM. Admission will be based on JAM score. Candidates need to fulfil eligibility requirements (ERs), minimum educational qualifications (MEQs) and any other requirements for admission. 

If you pass the IIT JAM exam, then participate in the counselling process for admission to IITs and result sharing institutes. The notification regarding IIT JAM counselling will be released online.

Students can know the IIT JAM rank 2026 through exam result. IIT Bombay will release the IIT JAM 2026 result on March 20. Candidates can check the result through JOAPS portal using the login credentials.
