If you want to prepare for JEE Advanced, you have to begin your preparations from now on. First of all, clear all your basics from NCERT books and try to solve as much as MCQs after each lesson. Don't mug-up but understand the concepts of physics and chemistry. Practice maths as much as possible. Join a good coaching institute. Try to cover your portion in one and a half year rather then 2 if possible as it will fetch you much time for revision. After this give lesson wise followed by full-length mock tests.
At last, it totally depends on your hard work and dedication.
    Hope your dream comes true!
    All the best.
