Just study what your school syllabus teaches you, and practice some MCQ from different books, but good one. If possible give distance mock tests from any coaching center for all India assessment of your preparation. Practice 3-4 days a week and it will be good. -

For JEE Mains the first need is clear cut concepts. If you are targeting only JEE Mains, then believe me work on your 11th and 12th only (only respective board) along with this you can refer previous year question papers for JEE Mains & advanced and modules of some coaching institutes. On a very basic level prepare your individual PCM from a good coaching of board preparation and solve every query of NCERT along with illustrations.
