There is no needs of any kind of specific preparation for LPU NEST for B.Tech admission. The preparation of upcoming JEE Main entrance is very good enough for LPU NEST also. So if you are preparing for JEE Main entrance, than this will help you for LPU NEST also. However if you are not appearing in JEE Main than course revision for two months studied in 11th and 12th are very good enough for LPU NEST. So focus on the subjects of interest you have.
