How can I prepare for LPU NEST for B.Tech?

Hi there, Well, good to SEE people asking so much about LPU NEST. LPU NEST is National Entrance and Scholarship Test conducted by LPU. Its an online test. For B.Tech. Programme, LPU NEST is mandatory to qualify as per the eligibility requirement. The subjects for preparing for LPU NEST exam is based on what you have studied in your previous qualification, such as Physics Chemistry Maths Biology and English. Language Skills and General Awareness topics will also be beneficial for preparation. The test pattern for LPU NEST (B.Tech. ). Will be based on the following: Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics - 30 questions (25 MCQs and 5 Fill in the blanks with numerical value) Biology and English . - 30 questions (All MCQs) Applicants can opt for either of the options. I. e. English. Physics Chemistry Mathematics or English. Physics Chemistry Biology depending on the choice of the stream you will be applying for. Two of my known appeared for LPU NEST for B tech in March 2021. Also, I spoke to their counselors recently. I will share my information with you. For preparation of LPU NEST you first need to check the subjects which will from your test. If you are applying for any Graduation programme, syllabus would be from your Class 11th and 12th only. English subject is a mandatory part of this exam. If you are applying for LPU NEST B.Tech then the subject would be Physics Chemistry English and you can choose between Maths and Biology. And if you are looking fro any other graduation programme, subjects may vary, but those would be from your class 11th and 12th only. Content is completely based on basics and specific topics are shared on their website as well. And now, if you are applying for LPU NEST for any PG programme, in this case subject would be based on graduation and same goes with syllabus. The test is in Online mode and follows the MCQ pattern. LPU NEST is National Entrance and Scholarship Test for admission to various programmes in Lovely Professional University. This test forms the basis of Eligibility and Scholarship for most of the programmes and for some of the programmes test is applicable only for scholarship. In order to prepare for this exam, you can first decide the programme that you want to join and then check the details for Question Paper Pattern, Sample Questions, Syllabus details from the website and can prepare for it. Basically it is based on the basics of your last qualification only. Scholarship for a specific Programme depends on Performance in LPU NEST. There are three brackets: LPU NEST score more than or equal to Category I cut-off - LPU NEST score more than or equal to Category II cut-off LPU NEST score more than or equal to Category III cut-off. This cut off depends on various parameters like number of students appeared, the highest marks in the exam and many more. Also, you will get two attempts to qualify LPU NEST and there is no negative marking in this exam so chances of scoring well are more in this. Hurry up and apply for it without waiting any longer. There is no needs of any kind of specific preparation for LPU NEST for B.Tech admission. The preparation of upcoming JEE Main entrance is very good enough for LPU NEST also. So if you are preparing for JEE Main entrance, than this will help you for LPU NEST also. However if you are not appearing in JEE Main than course revision for two months studied in 11th and 12th are very good enough for LPU NEST. So focus on the subjects of interest you have.
