You can opt for central universities like AIIMS, JNU, IIT and BHU for MSC Biotechnology as these universities will provide you oceans of opportunities. So you can prepare for their entrence exams , everyone of these universities has their own entrence exams so you can go on there offical websites and can see the syllabus for the exams, mostly are MCQ based exam. I can suggest some books
which you should consider
Molecular biology - watson
Biochemistry - Lehniger
Genetics - klug and cummings
Immunology - kuby's immunology
